A long COLD journey back to Tainan through the Takomo National Park and the mountains of central Taiwan.  Road construction on the narrow road brought us to a halt for 45 minutes as we took in the views of former rock slides and discussed how the elevation could make a bag of Doritos into a mini pillow.  A long day in the car ended with a spectacular traditional Taiwanese chicken dinner.
